OCF Realty is a Philadelphia-based, multi-faceted real estate brokerage that offers a variety of different real estate services. The brokerage has been part of many development projects in Philadelphia through investment and building. Along with this, OCF Realty also runs a Philadelphia real estate blog called Naked Philly.

I joined OCF Realty as their Creative Assistant in September 2023. I work directly with our Creative Director and VP of Sales to create compelling marketing campaigns through email, social media, and hosted events. Part of my responsibilities are to develop engaging marketing materials for our real estate agents to use as promotions for upcoming weekly events like Open Houses or Broker’s Opens.

As the Creative Assistant, my workload varies in multiple forms of media. While I am primarily the graphic designer, I also regularly work as a Photographer and Videographer for prospective homes and agents. Along with this, l also then edit those photos and videos to go up on our social media platforms and other marketing materials.
